I had a dream I was not planning to share, and I had not even written it down until now. Each time I sat down to share the others, something held me back, and now I understand why. I had not yet lived this one. This was the dream that changed everything.

It did not feel like a dream. It felt like an encounter.

I was standing in a room that felt like space. There were no walls and no ceiling, only a floor that stretched endlessly. That was when I saw her. I did not need to be told who she was. I simply knew. She was an angel. Without hesitation I cried out for help, not because I understood what I needed but because my soul recognized what she carried.

In an instant I was somewhere else. Three angels stood before me and she was the third.

The first told me to pick up a shield that was lying on the floor. He said the light of God was within him and if I looked at him without protection, I would not survive it. He said his name was Zeus. I hesitated, because I did not want to pick it up right away, but something in me knew this was not about obedience. It was an invitation to prepare for what was about to happen.

The second angel remained silent.

The third, the woman I had seen first, told me her name was Gabrielle. And I believed her instantly. My spirit knew.

That was when waves of light began to pour over my body. It was not only in the dream, it was happening in real life. I could see the light through my closed eyelids. I could not open my eyes, but I was awake, and the light was washing over me in pulses.

When I finally woke, I knew God had spoken. And I knew it was not just for me.

This dream showed me that the weight of His presence is not something to take lightly. It revealed that spiritual warfare is real, that divine protection already surrounds us, and that we do not have to strive for it or prove ourselves worthy of it. We only need to pick up the shield and stand in what God has already placed inside us.

The first angel reminded me of Ephesians 6:16: “Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.” My hesitation mirrored the way we often delay obedience because we want clarity first. But this dream revealed that the shield was not just for protection. It was preparation.

Gabrielle’s presence reminded me that God always sends help. The light that poured over me felt like purification, healing, and equipping all at once.

It has taken me time to understand this dream and I am still piecing it together, but I know it was a divine call to walk in a deeper level of spiritual authority. It was a reminder that God is near, that He is still speaking, that He is still moving, and that He is raising up women who will carry His presence into their business, their leadership, and their purpose.

This dream was not only for me. It is for the one who needs to remember that God still walks with us.

You do not have to wait to be chosen. You do not have to earn the blessing. You do not have to prove your value. God has already covered you, He has already prepared you, and He has already positioned you to hold what He is about to pour out.

So if your season feels uncertain, remember this. You are not being overlooked, you are being positioned. Pick up your shield, because there is glory ahead, and you do not walk alone.

This dream reminded me that God’s presence is not separate from our work. It is the very source of it and it is why I teach women to grow businesses rooted in His wisdom, where income feels steady, calling feels clear, and leadership carries peace instead of pressure.
